On Wednesday April 22, 2015, the prep work for the painting project as part of the repairs to be made began. Building B (Units 11-20) will be the 1st to start the painting project on the Seawall side.
The selected color scheme and sequencing of colors will be revealed shortly as selected by the BOD.
Regarding painting or construction, crews will start around 8:30 am till around 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. The entire project will run from now thru the Summer and into Fall/Winter until completion (as our availability allows us).

Please bear with us as our property will be undergoing construction maintenance beginning on Wednesday morning April 22, 2015 on Units 11-20. Extra noise, debris, and parking lot traffic can be attributed to the repairs being made.
Due to the painting and construction maintenance, some adjustments will have to be made to those assigned to Units 11-20. This is done for your convenience to minimize the impact of the noise, debris, and traffic.
