If you have not already scheduled your Bonus Weeks, the Bonus Week Program offer has now expired as of 12/31/17. This offer was only valid from 9/2014-12/2017.

Bonus Week Policies
* All unused Bonus Weeks will expire on December 31, 2017.
* Bonus Weeks are Resort Owned Inventory only.
* The Resort does have to right to reschedule your bonus week due to a sale of the resort owned inventoried week.
Should such an event occur, you will be notified by one of our resort guest services agents by phone or email regarding
the sale of that week and making accommodations for rescheduling the bonus time.
* Availability is limited and is based on a first come first, served basis.
* Bonus Weeks are not eligible to take part in the Resort Rental Pool.
* Bonus Weeks can only be scheduled as a full week of usage - nothing less 7 days.
* If you are assigned a bonus week and cancel it within 2 weeks of the check-in date or do not confirm 2 weeks before
check-in for any reason on your scheduled week - that week is lost and cannot be rescheduled.
* The Bonus Weeks are only secured and scheduled once you have pre-paid the cleaning fees (subject to change) of $56.65
per week.
* Payments for cleaning fees are done via credit/debit card only so that it is processed promptly and are non-refundable.
* Bonus Weeks are ONLY for active and current ownership that met the payment criteria between September 2014 thru February 15, 2015.
* Forfeiture of Bonus Weeks may occur due to a Restricted Account Status or for non-active ownership.
* Bonus Weeks are excluded for use during Weeks 21 - 36 (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
* All Bonus Week reservations are required to be to submitted by the Owner using a Bonus Week Request Form from this site. No phone calls please are acceptable for scheduling.
