This program was approved by the Board of Directors in September 2014 which would grant all owners who paid their 2014 Special Assessments on time.
2 Bonus Weeks;
- If you paid your 2014 Special Assessment by October 31, 2014 then your account was granted 2 bonus weeks per owned account. Ex. If you own 2 weeks and paid both accounts by 10/31/14, then you have 4 bonus weeks.
1 Bonus Week;
- If you paid your 2014 Special Assessment by the due date of February 15, 2015 then your account was granted 1 bonus week per owned account. Ex. If you own 2 weeks and paid both accounts by 2/15/15, then you have 2 bonus weeks.
Bonus Weeks will remain on each account till December 31st, 2017. If bonus weeks have not been assigned by this date, all and any remaining bonus weeks will be voided and no longer valid. The last year in which bonus weeks can be scheduled is 2018, no bonus weeks will be allowed past 12/31/18 for usage. Excludes weeks in the Summer time Weeks 21 - 36. Please note; availability is limited and is based on a first come first serve basis (once all bonus weeks have been used up, there will be no more available to choose from).
All Bonus Week reservations are required to be to submitted by the Owner using a request form from this site. View the Bonus Week Availabilityfirst, then use the form to submit your request.
This is the only approved method for a Bonus Week Request - in person or phone calls are not accepted. Our staff can help any owner in person or on the phone if assistance is needed completing the forms. Once a form has been submitted, the General Manager will then notify you on the status of that request and details of securing it as a reservation. Payments for cleaning fees are done via credit/debit card only so that it is processed promptly and are non-refundable. The Resort does have to right to reschedule your bonus week due to a sale of the resort owned inventoried week. Should such an event occur, you will be notified by one of our office staff members by phone or email regarding the sale of that week and making accommodations for rescheduling the bonus time.
