Use this form below to register your ownership week for participation in our rental pool program.
Owners of multiple accounts will need to submit a new form for each owned week.
- STEP 1: Ensure you have entered in all fields required.
- STEP 2: Hit Submit. (If the form does not show a confirmation message after you have pressed submit, please contact the office and ask for the staff member to submit the request on your behalf at 409-763-7138.)
- STEP 3: Once the information is received, the General Manager will email you at the address provide with a Rental Pool Agreement that will be sent using DocuSign. Wait until you receive that email before calling or submitting another request.
- STEP 4: You may also receive a TAX Payer ID Request Form (if one is not already on file). Complete the Rental Pool Agreement and the Tax Payer ID Request Form.
- STEP 5: Once all documentation is completed. A copy will be sent to your email address and to the General Manager. The General Manager will then place your Ownership Week into the Rental Pool and you are all set.
Participation in the rental pool program requires the account to be current with no past due balance.
